Meeting Dr. Sofien Ezzar

We met with Dr. Sofien Ezzar, a veterinarian from the National Foundation for the Improvement of the Horse’s Breed( Link for the foundation), where Jaber did his equine training. Sofien had a few suggestions of communities we could visit, and we discussed the possibilities of trainings for veterinarians. Sofien’s lovely Portuguese fiance was with him and by the end of brunch we were invited to their wedding next week.

This was Tricia’s first meal in a restaurant. Toast with honey, hard-boiled egg, and rich coffee. The croissant got smeared with the nutella and came home with me for later…I’d better start filing some donkey teeth and hooves soon to burn off calories or I am gonna gain weight!
